I actually went with the E6 (the cheapest option) and I thought that was the best thing for me because it is portable and it really makes a drastic difference. I would recommend the HM5 with an E6 because that would probably suit you better.

I went to Amazon and read about the JVC HAS700 and the JVC HAS600B. I read that both of them have excellent sound, comfortable and are great for isolation while being under $50 bucks, so my question is: any members in here used either of these phones and what they think of either one or both or...

bump... i have been looking for headphones that are comfy and have excellent sound for a good price and this seems like it..HOwever,i read that the JVC HAS600 sound better... Anybody compare the two?

How bad is the isolation in these? I am heading to New York City and would be using this on the Subway/Bus.
