Denon D2000/D5000, MD2000/MD5000 Thread!
Just got my pair. Really fantastic honestly. Noticing some pain at the top, but they are a good deal heavier than the previous pair. Bought them from a local store, the guys there are quite nice (and patient, as I visited the store three times trying out as many headphones as they had to...- AValidName

Mad Lust Envy's Headphone Gaming Guide: (8/18/2022: iFi GO Blu Review Added)
I am glad to see the D2000s on that list. When I heard them they seemed like a good choice for gaming and music. A tad too much bass but nothing extraordinary.- AValidName

Is this site for real?
Those all a little too cheap to be legitimate, can't find it on the BBB if that means anything (probably that I suck at searching).- AValidName

Do the Senns HD 598s leak a whole bunch? They can't be as bad as Grado's, but they may not isolate enough for use with a somewhat-but-not-very loud computer? They dropped down in price on amazon about 30 bucks.- AValidName

Is something up with the Denon D2000? ("No longer available")
At a local store they had a sign saying just that. It's a relatively small store, so the stock isn't huge. A real shame actually.- AValidName

Anybody have any experience with Maestro 450 Pro (CharterOak Sp-1)? Are they comfy? Too revealing? Just want to know whether or not to consider them. Semi-wide variety of music (relatively neutral preferred but I will use them for profuse gaming).- AValidName

Denon AH-D2000 vs Sony MDR-7509HD
I've heard the Denons in person. I must say, they are quite clear and very comfortable. Some people seem to think the swivels for the cups seem frail, the sure look it, but don't quite feel it. They do need a decent amp though. I don't think the MDR 7509s are bad, in fact, I think they...- AValidName

Seeking suggestions for a "intro" level headphone, specifications within.
It does appear that even the Essence version of that line is far cheaper than a decent external. I think I'll go ahead and buy that now and worry about the rest later. You both find the Senns comfortable to wear for hours on end?- AValidName

So it appears the Senns are well received. To Davisman, thanks for you reply. I know I'll eventually HAVE to just buy something but at this level of money I want to overload myself with too much information to make the best decision. I completely understand the overwhelming feeling on...- AValidName

A brief introduction is in order: I have been lurking around this forum (and other sites) for a coulple of weeks now. After some research and demo's I believe I have finally reached my limitation and so seek aid on this forum. Currently, I am burdened with quite possibly the most...- AValidName
