    Definitely should have been off-board sinking. The CFA3/Dynahi pushes 16w into 50 ohms, so the VOLOT should cook like OG Ragnarok.

    That thing at Class A able to push 16 watts into 32 ohms will be a very hot running amp, probably too hot for a desktop.
