Audeze LCD-S20 Closed-Back Planar (Audeze 4/10/25 Something Exciting!?)
A reminder that that you can't just get ANY dual 3.5mm cable. it will not work. It MUST be pinned out like the MM-100 pin out. I'll paste the info we have below: The pin-out for MM-100 cable connector at the headphone side is the following: TRRS: Tip - L+ 1st Ring - R+ 2nd Ring - L-...- Audeze

Audeze LCD-4
We can make the drivers, and all other parts are replaceable, outside of the wood rings which we no loger have. If anything happens to your rings, we'd most likely have to use the next tier down, which is the LCD-3 Zebrano wood. If you have any issues with an LCD-4, email support@audeze.com.- Audeze

Audeze - Maxwell Gaming Headsets! (1-20-2025: Update On Stolen Maxwells)
We do not follow external curves. Audeze preset, Immersive, and Bass Boost would all lead to slightly lifted bass that will be tuned to preference on whether you want more linearity (Audeze), More energy in the treble along with that bass (Immersive), or just the bass, making it warmer in...- Audeze

Audeze - Maxwell Gaming Headsets! (1-20-2025: Update On Stolen Maxwells)
I believe this was mentioned in support as well, but as was mentioned, Maxwell does not support 44khz output. So on platforms like PC, 48khz will be selectable, meaning it will be converted internally to 48khz before being sent to Maxwell. It cannot support 44khz. So if you can hear audio and...- Audeze

Audeze - Maxwell Gaming Headsets! (1-20-2025: Update On Stolen Maxwells)
The chipset on the headset itself does not support 44khz/88khz on its digital signals. USB, dongle, BT.- Audeze

Audeze - Maxwell Gaming Headsets! (1-20-2025: Update On Stolen Maxwells)
Anyone referring to USB, will likely be referring to the dongle, which is connected to USB with a USB-C to USB A adapter cable on Xbox. That has nothing to do with USB cable to headset connections as you're wanting. It's just adapting the dongle's usb plug to usb A, thats it. It's still using...- Audeze

Audeze - Maxwell Gaming Headsets! (1-20-2025: Update On Stolen Maxwells)
I believe you've been asking this on Reddit as well (if not you, I apologize). On Xbox the only way to connect is through the Xbox dongle with Maxwell Xbox only, and the AUX cable connected to the Xbox gamepad (or other device that is Xbox certified that may have 3.5mm inputs, like Mixamps) with...- Audeze

Audeze LCD-5 Review, Measurements, Interview
You can email us with the serial number. That will be enough. Proof of purchase is recommended if it's a warranty claim, not just outright purchase. Warranty will end quicker without a proof of purchase as we will go off manufacturing date in that case, and with a proof of purchase, warranty...- Audeze
