- opamp replaced with LME49720HA on I/V and LME49710HA on buffer

Xonar HDAV1.3 mods:
- opamp replaced with LME49720 on I/V and tock LM4562 on buffer
- I/V feedback capacitor replaced from 2200pF to 2700pF accordance to PCM1796 datasheet

Creative 5.1 USB Surround mods:
- bypass opamp and follow the datasheet output
