I believe others have answered already in this thread that the EU version isn’t capped as it’s not really classed as a portable player like a DAP. Good luck in finding one to buy in the EU. I’ve been looking for a while and it seems to be sold out all over Europe.

I agree, it would be nice for the OS to display some sort of indications with regards to SRC, MQA and bit rate. Would also be useful to have this when using the device in DAC mode. Hopefully it’s something they could implement in a future firmware update?

I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but when using Amazon Music HD, it shows the device as only capable of playing up to 24bit 96KHz. I’ve tried playing tracks on the device of 24bit 192KHz before opening the Amazon Music app as was suggested in another A&K thread to fix the issue...
