Recently added SOtM sms 200 ultra neo with their LPS stack to pair with Gustard R26, connected via USB. Bought a LHY Ock2 clock too, which goes to both SOtM and R26. What all inputs in R26 can utilise the external clock? I emailed Gustard support they replied back saying all.

I use same, I once in a while had bad skips when these were not placed properly. Problem is these bugger's are not 100% identical.

@DrDen can you place ET3 on a different surface, remove all anti vibration feet and test?

This is what I used, the cable I used had 16 strands and was very difficult to handle, single strand was difficult to bend. Though connection to the adaptor is piece of cake, sat with a multimeter and got it done in 20-30 mins. Btw this is my 2nd gustard cable.

Even without any filters there is a difference, I know it should be bit perfect but it's not in my case, and few whom I know.

Noisy didn't mean exactly noisy, but it was not clear and crisp sounding like Roon or HQP. I don't think setup is a problem, Bubble UPnP is a culprit, definitely not the cleanest.
