Update. Just got mine back (from iBasso via UrbanHifi) with the screen replacement and they have added a new screen protector onto it too. Just letting the device acclimatize to the house from being in the cold with DHL but on the face of it, it looks ok so far.

My repaired DX320 is on its way back from the States having been all the way back to China. Unashamedly excited to get it back and listen to it again.

This is very true. I use EQ. There I said it. On all my DAPs and IEMs and headphones. I‘m not ashamed to say it and I enjoy my music a lot more because of it 🤨

👍 I have to admit I’ve never done it, at most one hard reboot and never had an issue but each to their own. I acknowledge it’s what is recommended but for god‘s sake it’s ridiculous I agree.
