JH Audio JH16 Pro First Impressions
Hi, My 16s sounds quite muffled. So much different than the test-16s. They were already at JH - technically they should be ok. Does anybody here maybe has an idea, what this could be? Compared to my UE10 the piece which goes into my ears seems to be a bit longer. Could this be the reason...- air

hello, I'll order the UE-11 quite soon (hopefully compared to my UE-10 the fun-factor will be as expected ) Anyway... my question is... Actually I have decided to take the colour translucent black. But I'm a little confused, because I find different pictures in the web. Sometime it seems...- air

I also have the w950. after the first test I was quite disapointed regarding the sound quality. then I have spoken to a few guys in forums, and we have found out, that the w950 just sounds good, when the files are in pretty good quality (the best choice is AAC in highest possible bit-rate). in...- air

UE10 - refit on your own?
@jmmmmm i´ve ordered my ue-5c via the german distribution channel (fischer-amps). it seems, that fischer-amps usually is selling the ultimate-ears-phones in the combination described above (acrylic with softer stem). as i´ve asked UE, why my phones are that way (and not the hard-acrylic like...- air

UE10 - refit on your own?
@mbk my ue-5c´s are quite "special" - a combination of hard acrylic body and softer stem. the look is totaly different - so i guess it´s not possible to duplicate the phones finnicky? hmmmm.... the first time, they don´t have any seal - not far away from just falling out of the ear. now...- air

UE10 - refit on your own?
it´s not that much the money, it would cost. it´s more the risk, that i don´t know, wether they will be "perfect" next time or maybe even worse? but i think yo´re all right. i do nothing with them. i´ll ask a local hearing aid-shop, wether they have ideas (though i guess, the ue´s are too...- air

UE10 - refit on your own?
after my ue-10´s did loose seal, i´ve sent them back to ultimate ears for re-fitting modifications. now i´ve received them - they don´t loose seal anymore but the left phone seems to be too big now, because it hurts inside the ear after a while. i want to avoid sending them back to ue again...- air

ultimate ears / refit / foreign countries
i´ve found a web-page, which is finding the best price for sending something to the USA (compared DHL, UPS, fedex, etc...) don´t lough - including insurance, 61 euro ($78) is the best price!! no problem to safe money, but that would be a 30-day-delivery (this is again no joke!) german...- air

ultimate ears / refit / foreign countries
today i´ve checked two ways of sending them to UE 1. fedex: quite expensive, but fast (about 50 euro) 2. DHL: very strange policy. the $10-version is without insurance. than there is an alternative $48 with incurance (but slow), and comparable to the fedex a fast $70-alternative if anyone...- air
