I'm currently using the GE JAN tubes and MUSES02. Very balanced to my ears. Seemed the Voskhods I had in before were more crisp and sometimes tended to be a bit forward sounding during longer sessions.

I would say that it's very detailed full bodied.  Nothing is lacking, it doesn't mask the treble and doesn't attenuate the bass at all.  That's comparing it to the Corda Jazz solid state amp.

325e on LD I+ with MUSES02 and Voskhod tubes is pure gold.

My current combo is the MUSES02 with Voskhod 6ZH1P-EV tubes on the LD.  I've messed with a few other EF95 tubes and OPA2107 opamp and while I can't tell the difference between the opamps, the Voskhods give me the best sound out of my 325e.  Through the Meier, both the HD600 and 325e sound...

I'm pretty geeky when it comes to using objective data to help put my interpretations into perspective, so, it was nice to tie objective measurements done by Tyll with my subjective impressions (and liking) of my 325e.  Plus, that there were no wacky aberrations between the left and right...

It was a very fast processes.  The whole thing from the time I boxed & sent mine in to when I got them back was about a week.   Of course they weren't shipped between the US and UK...   It's nice to know how my headphones measure.  Let's hope someone with some patience is able to send in...

Try again in the Grado e series forum. I haven't heard the 225 so can't offer a comparison. The 325e are very good through both the amps I have in my sig. Direct from iPhone 6 sounds great too but direct from laptop not as good. If you don't get a Grado this time, you might be left wondering...

Some of the silver on "The Prestige Series" lettering is missing on mine - brand new, out of the box this way.
