Beats pro sound great depending on price you pay. Dont let people recommend Xb700 if they havent personally tried the pros. Even critics admit the Pros sound good, with a bass emphasis. If you can get them for $300 or a little less its a no brainer. The sony's cannot compare. 

Agree with the above. I listen at moderate levels. Certainly loud if standing in front of the speakers but overall not rocking the house loud.
