Yea, I live in Spanaway which is way south. But I have to be up there anyway that day for the Mew concert.

I went to one years ago. It was free.
Expect to listen to all the gear you've been wanting to and then some gear you may not of heard of yet.
Plus you get to ask questions and mingle with people who have the same interest.
Some people go to home shows or comicon. It's kind of the same only for everything headphones and more intimate.

With the closure of the beloved brewery, would it be more fitting to call these Chateau Ste Michelle meets? :beerchug:

It's up to Big, but I think the "Redhook Meet" will remain. We've had alternative aftermeet destinations for a while.

I think I know where this one will be. (Hoping, anyway)

There are at least two brewery operations that I know of within a few miles of the Shoreline library. Elliot Bay has a brewery in Lake City. Diamond Knot has a satellite brewery in Mountlake Terrace. Elliot Bay is the larger of the two. Diamond Knot is probably closer. For future reference, the Mountlake Terrace library is a very short walk away from Diamond Knot and has a very large community meeting room.

I am a non drinker so I cannot comment on the quality of their products.

Wow, the meet's next Saturday and no action here. I think we're still feeling the fallout from the HeadFi site problems a few weeks ago; all the threads I look at are very lightly attended.

I plan to be there with Dante fed Yggy in tow (and warm); not sure what amplification (if any) I'll bring. Really enjoyed Doc's S.E.X. amp and Muziqboy's HE-1000 at bottlehead. The 10:00 start time is great!

If attendance is light, I'll just have to go to Ridgecrest earlier. Hope there's a good truck there!
