Hi guys!

I've got headphones ATH-AD700 at home and i'm gonna buy headphones for work some of: Sony MDR-1R ; MDR-X950BT ; MDR-XB700 or Audio-Technica ATH-M50x

I'm listening to electronic music and hip-hop for 1-2 hours a day from my laptop.

It'll be my first Amp but I can't find much info about comparison of Fiio amps.

My question is: Should I pay less and buy E12 or E17 or there are reasons to buy E12A or E07K?

As far as I'm aware, all the amps or DAC/Amps you have listed are discontinued. I'd recommend the E17K (similar to the E07K and the successor to the E17) or the A5 (successor to the E12 I believe) instead as it's still in production. If you don't have a device that can output a proper line out signal, I'd recommend going with the E17K/E07K/E17 but if you really just want an amp, pick the A5/E12.

thank you:) i thought that my laptop will output signal, amp will amplify it and it's ok?)

Yes, E17 is discounted but I can buy used and e17 and e07k used cost half of price for e17k...

And choosing between e07k and e17, i guess e17 would be better?

Looks like the e17 and e17k perform similarly, but differ in scope of functionality. E17 has mini-USB and SPDIF, while E17k has micro-USB and coax. E17k can act as a USB soundcard for your computer. Looks like the E17k also has a wheel controller.
