Good luck, but Sennheiser produce headphones to sell headphones, not to sell spare pads ad infinitum...
 
Plus, however much we might care to disagree, I'm sure the Sennheiser engineers would consider their current top-of-the range models better than the HD540.  (Having said that, I would be REALLY interested in their honest opinion on that!).

Hello guys I'm contacting a leather worker here is Portugal that specializes in camera straps but also does many kinds of things. I suggested for them to try and make a headband in leather for our vintage sennheiser.

How many of you guys need one and how many would be interested in trying one for the right price?
