Organizational question

Not quite certain if I have the correct forum, but the members here have been so helpful I decided to ask anyway.  Basically I have a keyboard and monitor on top of my desk with the majority of cables underneath. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can organize the bottom half of my desktop where it looks more professional?  I am open to any ideas. Thanks
