Musical Paradise Beware

About three months ago I purchased a music server from Musical Paradise.
It shipped from China. I had to try to configure the thing and had a real problem.
Finally decided to email Gary at musical Paradise to return. He told me I had 7 days to return from date it was received.
I asked him where I return it to.
I got an email that went to my spam.
I never saw it.
I sent him another email at about 5 days and there was no reply.
At my cost of about $150.00 I sent it back to China, as Gary never got back to me after my second email.

Anyways, after It was on the slow boat to China, Gary advises that I sent it to the wrong place as per his first email.

He said he would try to see what he could do when it arrived.

Well, it arrived and was delivered according to Canada Post.

I emailed Gary and advised him of this three times now.
No response.

I even said I would take store credit. I know I'm guilty of some damage here, but no response
Should not be tolerated..


I don't expect anything anymore, but be aware.

Sorry for your loss. I hope you get this sorted out.

People think I'm crazy for advising them to stay away from Chi-fi with no North American service. A good deal isn't a good deal if it's a POS that can't be fixed without a major time and (or) $$$ investment.
