My year old Jaybird X2 won't pair anymore. I've gone through their support process of photos of cutting wires (took three tries to get a photo of the cut wire that they approved) to get a replacement.
They suggested replacing the X2 with another X2 since I was happy with the fit of the X2, but only have the "sport" (white) not the black that I had. That color makes me re-think maybe I should go to the Freedom (the other option).
I've researched specs, comparisons, etc. and think that I do understand the differences.
But one last query: Does anyone here have experience of going from the X2 to the Freedom and either loved or hated the Freedom compared to the X2? The biggest issue to me is unstated in everything I've read: Isolation.
I figure that I've got a day or two to reply to them...
