I stumbled onto this test as well.  Using Grado SR60 hooked up with a Fiio E07K: I selected uncompressed wav 4 times and 320kbps MP3 2 times.  When selecting one, the one I eliminated first was the 128kps mp3.
 
While this isn't a large sample size, I was surprised the difference between a 128kbs MP3 and a high bit rate MP3 / Lossless file was so easy to tell.  I doubt the 4-2 difference in selecting uncompressed wav or 320kbps mp3 was statistically significant, and I'm not convinced I could reliably tell them apart.
