I need a Lightning 8-pin female to USB type C male adaptor for my portable rig (for charging purposes, not for audio).

There already exists one (only one I could find):

However, I would need it to be about half as wide for it to fit my rig. Does anyone know if I can make this adaptor any smaller? And if not, what parts I need to make one myself? (This is a pretty uncommon and specific problem it seems).

Thank you!

EDIT: Ideally I would want it as big as the following picture. (But this size only exists in USB type C female to Lightning Male).
