I found a discrepancy between what the linked webpage says and the official rules of the sweepstakes.
The linked webpage says:

Contest ends December 22nd, 2014 at midnight PST. GOOD LUCK!

Technically the contest would be over because the time is 16:34 PST on December 22, 2014, which is past midnight (00:00). However it says I can still enter the sweepstakes.

The official sweepstake rules say:

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at Dec. 1, 2014, 3 p.m. (UTC) and ends at Dec. 23, 2014, 8 a.m. (UTC) (the "Sweepstakes Period").

December 23, 2014 at 8:00 UTC is December 23, 2014 at 00:00 PST (UTC -8).
