Hello!
I've just now swapped from my ASUS STX to Fostex HP-A4 BL (MSI Z97 motherboard ---(USB)-->Fostex---(Unbalanced)-->Headphones) for the sake of trying something different.
Using Win7. Audio from songs and videos is fine. Audio in games has a very noticeable delay, something like 200-300 ms at least.
I've played with different headphones, swapped to different usb ports, changed audio frequency, moved ASIO driver slider back and forth. Nothing seems to help.
It confuses me very much. Is there any way to fix the latency?
Please suggest!
Thank you.
Edit: removed on-board sound drivers, reinstalled fostex drivers - didn't help.
