I just got a Dragonfly Red for my iPhone 6, and the only downfall in the device I see is that it doesn't have a way to finely adjust volume.
Does anyone know if it's possible to create a usb volume knob the size of an AudioQuest Jitterbug to put before the DFR? And would it affect sound quality?
Now i'm not talking about an amp. My B&O H6 Gen 2 don't need any more power than what the iPhone provides, I just want a way to finely adjust the volume already supplied.
Also, if it doesn't affect sound quality, then it could be easier to create a Jitterbug sized volume knob that plugs in to the 3.5mm side of the DFR. But I'm not sure about that either.
Thanks for any and all info!
P.S. If this is a dumb question with easily googled answers, please let me know what I should be googling as I haven't been able to find anything.
