Hello everyone, Im making this thread about the skullcandy hesh , i've did research and couldnt come across any thread of someone who have powered these with an amplifier.
I purchased my first pair 2 years ago, at that time they were whatever to me.
Probably about 1 year ago i purchased an FIIO A3 amplifier for my V-modas m100.
When trying them, i seen my skullcandy hesh 2's sitting there so u said why not.
My first impression on these headphones powered is WOW!
You will not believe hiw hard these headphones hit, the feeling is intense, when you play a song 25-30hz, it feels like the headphones are trying to vibrate your head imwards. You can feel the vibration travel down your neck, the bass is more intense than the v modas i promise you BUT the v modas all around has better sound quality.
For some reason that intensity of those skullcandy hesh 2's keep me coming back for me, i must warn you, if you play for a certain amount of time you will experience ear damage.
I thought i was tripping so i let my friends try them out, one of my friends a big fan of dre beats and think the bass is superior, so i told him to try my headphones.
His expression was priceless, we powered the beats through the amp and wasnt the same results at all, didnt hit as hard as the skullcandy hesh 2s or v modas.
I plan on making a video compilation of people
trying these headphones out.
Some described these headphones as they kicker L7s packed in headphones.
Females loved these headphones the most,
Some would just smile nonstop and some would cover they mouth.
Some experienced a ring in they head which is normal when you play music loud!
I dropped my black pair a few times until the last time it fell the speaker popped out its chamber so i opened it to repair it to no luck, right speaker sounds crackily and bass is lacking so now it feels like one side is trying to carry the load.
Bought some red ones a couple days ago, now i am back satisfied.
