I've recently aquired a second hand Schiit-stack (version 1), but I'm experiencing a strange issue where all audio will be cut off from a program in use. I never experienced this before I switched to the modi from my soundcard. I might be playing some video game, and suddenly all audio is cut off from that game, but music might still play from spotify. And the only solution I've found is to restart the game. This can also happen with any other program, like spotify.
Any idea what might be causing this, and what a solution might be? I'm on Windows 10 if that is relevant.

Right-click the speaker icon in your task bar. Click Playback devices. Select your DAC. Click Properties. Go to the Advanced tab. Uncheck the boxes under Exclusive Mode. Click OK.
