    Random Beeping out of DAC

    My Yamamoto YDA-02 occasionally beeps at me.  After the beep, it will either stop working (only fixed by closing and re-opening foobar), keep working as before, or even reverse the channels.    I have tried the following trouble shooting steps:   Different source Different USB cable...

    New Yamamoto YDA-02 USB DAC
