    Why do so few IEMs have an oval nozzle?

    The ones with oval nozzles seem to fit better, and the seal can be enhanced by rotating the IEM. The $6 Panasonic RP-HJE120 has an oval nozzle, as does the more expensive Panasonic RP-HJE350.
