Most detailed, accurate, clear, neutral IEMs

Ok, lets hear out recommendations on what people here think is the most detailed, accurate, clear, and neutral IEMs.      I've heard the UERM which I thought was great in this regard, and I've been recommended NT-6 being great.

    Is ER-4B discontinued or something?

I bought an Etyomic ER-4B 2 years ago and I found its sound brilliant.Transparent and smooth, esp after enough burn-in time.   But when I come to America,it seems to be discontinued?I can;t even find a place to buy it. Or it;s just much less popular than ER-4S here?

    Sony MDR-SA5000 review

Sony MDR-SA5000 Review Well, it’s been a while since the last time I posted something on Headfi. Seeing as how there seems to be a growing interest in the Sony MDR-SA5000 headphones, I figured I’d contribute a review regarding them. I hope it will be of some use to those trying to choose...

Sony MDR-EX1000 vs Monster Turbine Pro Copper Edition vs Sennheiser IE8 vs Etymotic ER•4P/S/B?

Hello head-fiers! This is my first post here, and I want to ask for your thoughts on the aforementioned in-ear monitors.   As a high school student graduating in a year, I am really looking forward to upgrading my current headset, the Klipsch Image S4i. I really love it, but I can clearly...

Fiio E5 enough to drive Etymotic ER4B?

Hi guys,     I was recently thinking of picking up a pair of Etymotic ER4B's, but I've read that this pair of earphones requires an amp to drive it for best performance. I was wondering if the Fiio E5 is enough? because it's the only amp i have :3     Thanks!

    Etymotic ER-4B vs. Etymotic ER-4P

Hello.   I have a dilemma here: I'm not sure whether, for my Samsung P3, I should acquire a pair of ER-4Bs or ER-4Ps. I've seen reviews of both, but I don't understand if the ER-4Bs can actually do well on a portable device (I know the 4Ps can...), but I've read that they have even more...

    Portable amp for Etymotic ER4S?

Hi Folks.   I am currently really enjoying my new ER4S's through Gary's PA2V2. Plenty of power for the Ety's. I also have a Nuforce icon mobile but have found it not powerful enough to drive them well.   I am considering an upgrade of amp and wanting suggestions as to what would be a...

    Etymotic ER 4?

I remember years ago, back when the iPods were first released, that Etymotic was a popular choice for high end in ear monitors, but I haven't heard much of anything about them in recent years. Are they any good, or are they overpriced junk?

    Etymotic ER4 B, S, P ?

I am very interested in these IEM as they purport to be very flat and thus detailed earphones.  The only question I have, which unfortunately seems to be mired in debate, is the difference in the B, S, and P versions.  As I understand it, the S and P are supposed to be the "same" except for the...
