Pros: Price to performance ratio
Cons: Doesn't come with necessary cables
This thing does what it's supposed to do and does it well.  Noticeable improvement in sound quality.  For $200 you can't go wrong.  No real complaints from me about the V-link at all.

Cons: clicks and makes white noise type sound when changing sample rates when using cplay (original 96khz version)
