Pros: Battery, very good sound
Cons: Small screen (don't care!), crap UI
I realize this is ancient news in 2014 but I recently rediscovered my iAudio7 and am loving it.  It sounds remarkably good for a "fun"-signatured DAP and holy mackerel, the battery life is incredible.  50 hours?  60?  I don't know but it's great.

The secret, obviously, is the super small and low-res screen.  But you know what?  Fine by me.  It's perfectly adequate and once you get used to the counterintuitive UI, it's pretty easy to manage.  In a world with ever-evolving tech, this is the rare case of "they don't make 'em like they used to."

New Head-Fier
Pros: sound, battery!!!, size, sound control features
Cons: sensor controls, UI
If you need music player only - this one is what you need

Great sound, especially with good headphones. I have Shure and Eyymotic for different kinds of music.  I strongly recommeng using FLAC with this player, it provides really great sound quality in this case.

Cons: UI is horrific
Not here to write a long review. Just want to say this is a GREAT small media player the only downside being a terrible UI.

it is  wonder full player wish they . Love the line audio input which I can record. Too bad they did not make a 32 gig version as they discontinued it!!

It was much lighter and sturdier than the x9. It even has a hole for a lanyard!
