ios7, iPhone and Apple CCK
From what I've read, when the USB host interface is active, the iPhone disables charging. I wish there was something like a Mophie case that would allow a lightning port or 30 pin dock connector pass-thru.- Yukster

ios7, iPhone and Apple CCK
It works without powering the hub. The combination does drain the battery on the iPhone fast, so I'm not sure how practical it would be though. I was messing around with it for about 1 hour, and it drained the iPhone 5's battery about 30%. This isn't a full on battery test, so I would...- Yukster

ios7, iPhone and Apple CCK
I can also confirm that the CCK works with 7.0.2. Here's my setup: iPhone 5 (7.0.2) -> Apple 30 pin to Lighting adapter -> Apple 30 pin to USB CCK adapter -> Elecom 4 port USB Hub -> Audioquest Dragonfly -> ER4S IEM. The Elecom USB hub has an option to be powered by an AC adapter, but I am...- Yukster

NEW: Audio-Technica ATH-ESW11LTD
Quote: My bad, it was Bic Camera. They had a special sale of 4 units. I grabbed the last one. It was regularly 49,800 yen, but it was on sale for 39,800 yen. Then they knocked off an additional 10% off instead of giving it to me in points which came out to 35,820 yen. It was a...- Yukster

Android phones and USB DACs
When I was testing the DragonFly, it was lighting up pink as well. It would be great if you could hack a fix for the DragonFly. The Nexus 7 and DragonFly would make a great combo. I think there is a bug in the hot plug implementation. I can reliably crash the setup. Luckily, jacknorris knows...- Yukster

Quote: I believe there needs to be some clarification... The patch jacknorris made, allows Nexus 7 users the ability to hotplug a USB DAC into their tablet. Before this patch, you had to have the USB DAC plugged in when you booted up the Nexus 7. Now, you can plug in a USB DAC...- Yukster
