KSC 75's to MS-1? SR-80?
Hey TS, I advise you to do the kramer mod and quarter pad mod on your KSC5 first, than be prepared to hear the difference . Also, if your KSC75 is a reasonably new one, allow time for it to burn in. It will have a more controlled and tighter bass. If you think that the modded KSC75 bass...- fiiophile

Kramer-mod... KSC75...
Update : I did the Kramer Mod! Took the grill off, poke a hole with a compass then expand it with different sizes of screwdrivers. Sound: SO THAT'S WHERE THE TREBLE, CLARITY AND DETAIL IS HIDING! After the mod, I find that my Sportapro became very clear, detailed and instruments were...- fiiophile

Kramer-mod... KSC75...
I place another pad outside my stock pads, cut hold on both and very comfortable. I have no guts to drill the holes... I think Fiio E3 really tighten the bass after the mod. Oh, btw mine is Sportapro, not the KSC75...- fiiophile

Little review on the Portapro mod. (For anyone interested in performing it!)
Hehe, I did almost the exact same thing to my Sportapro. I dug out some old ear pads I left somewhere in my drawers. They are thinner and larger in diameter then the stock pad Koss gave for Sportapro. I realised that the thinner the pad, the less bass it gives and more detailed sound. Here's...- fiiophile

Hearyourself.com custom IEM discussion thread
Thanks for the quick comparison on Sleek custom and C3 Custom. It seems that like I would most likely to be aimming for a sleek custom than this as I'm not a fan of rolled off highs(although I know we hear things a bit differently but it should not be a great difference). I'll read a couple of...- fiiophile
