Internet radio is almost unlistenable with good phones, but throw some Amperiors on and it sounds pretty darn good.  When I stream internet radio through my Auralic Vega, things also sound pretty bad, but when I send the stuff to my Audyssey South of Market Sound Dock, they sound really good.  ...

Specifically, I'd be interested in how the BA/LCD-2 combo compares to the Electra/009 combo.  A stat rig with dynamics and articulated bass would be it.  I feel like my highly tweaked BA/LCD-2 is abt as close to that combo as I've heard.

It looks like the impedance (50ohm nominal) would be a great match for the BA.  I've got a BA and I'm looking for a good pair of closed cans for certain situations where I can't allow sound to leak into the environment.   Right now, I listen exclusively to the LCD2s r1 with balanced SAA...

Just curious.  I've seen a bunch of posts abt the LF and some references to the BA vs LF, but nothing that has much behind it. I've got a BA.   It would take a bunch to get me to swap the BA for something else.
