    I have Sennheiser hd 280 pro and a Bluesound node 2i,the Sennheiser is connected to the headphone output node 2i, and it sounds fine. I wonder if a Lake People 103 S would improve the Sennheiser or it is a side step…?

    I found out that  CA DacMagic and Rega Saturn use the same chip(Wolfson Dual Differential 8740 Dac ) .Is is not weird that an high end cd player and a budget Dac use the same chip?Anyone could me explain this?

    I am buying a Cambridge Dac Magic and I have a 2 year old DVD Marantz that I want to use as a transport.I wonder if is a good transport,without jitter,or no?Some say that DVD palyers aren´t good transports,but I don´t know.Isn´t true the most cd players have DVD transports ourdays?
