I have this problem with almost any and every universal IEM out there.  It's a pain in the ass because it makes using IEMs and enjoying the benefits of them almost impossible.  Along with the itching, wearing the IEMs for long periods of time seems to cause my ears to go into overdrive creating...

My primary reason for buying customs is that my ears cannot tolerate universal IEMs.  I have very sensitive ears.  But I have custom molded hearing protection for motorcycle riding and those do not bother me at all.  So I'm looking for higher fidelity but with the comfort of a custom molded IEM.

Blue Turtles was very good, but I liked Tun Summoners Tales more. The one dissappointment for me on that CD was the 'new' version of 'It's Probably Me'. I love the version he recorded with Eric Clapton for the Leathal Weapon III soundtrack. It's an awesome song, much better than the version on TST.
