Help please! IEM's while using a CPAP machine to sleep are way too noisey!

Thanks Bothand Nether.  I'm trying to loacte a used pair of Westone 20 or 20's.  Ispoke with Westone.  They are very low profile, and reviewers state that they isolate exceptionally well.  Now I need to be patient to locate a pair.

Help please! IEM's while using a CPAP machine to sleep are way too noisey!

Odd to read about a significant comfort difference between the hf5 & er4. Some head-fiers say that they sleep well & comfortably with their ER4 iem's. I suppose folks' ears are significantly different, both in shape and what is heard through 'em.

You make a really important point about the Etymotics.  Photos online do show that they stick out quite a bit.   Seems like used Westone 2's are rare. The replacement 20 is gettin' perty expensive for my usage.  Maybe I'll patiently await for Westone 2's. Thanks.

B9Scrambler- Thanks.  I'm a midrange focused listener, so I'm not sure that I would enjoy bass heavy Fidue's. HiFlight & headdict- I am willing to pay for comfort, isolation & QS.  I'll look into Etymotic's.  Thanks for your suggestions.
