The posts at the 325i Mods thread are posts from somewhere else. Are the correct posts gone for good or just misplaced?

I just finished building my first ever kit; a Glass Jar Audio Level 1 SOHA kit (v3 board) and am having some problems. Neither the tube or the LED light up and I get no audio. The -12v, +12v, +40v, and +60v test points all check out fine. I'm seeing around -12v on both sides of the RLED...
