    Smallish IEMs (Image X10 size) with mic and controls < $200?

    Do they exist? My GF has tiny ears, like me, and immediately though of just getting her X10s. But they've gone way up since being discontinued, and I was wondering if any one-driver IEMs of that size and quality are available.
