Well, the HD600 used to be the flagship and there's quite a number who still prefers it to the HD650. Why don't you try it out? For me, the HD650 sounded a tad 'too' bassy.

The narrow soundstage and the forwardness of the RS-1 is 'terrible' with Orchestral pieces. Even for piano recitals, it just... well, doesn't sound very right. What Grado's do with Rock, the K701's do with classical

Hmmm..forget about the K701. These are fantastic with classical and are not exactly all-rounders. That said, it's best that you try them out?

classical.. that's DEFINITELY the AKGs...I tried all the usual higher end full-sized headphones (i.e. Senns, AKG, Grados, Alessandros, Beyers, ATs) and nothing comes close to the 'air' that the 701s have. needs good amping though

Hmmm. wouldnt the bass boost makes the bass terribly bloated? Anyway, you cant go wrong with either the Boa or 2 MOVE.

plenty of amps can power both youor HD600 and UE11.. Perhaps you'd like to state your budget?
