Do your PK-1's leak much sound to the outside world, the way open phones do? That is, would wearing PK-1's in a quiet office environment be OK, or would they bother people nearby?

Does anyone know of a brick-and-mortar store in New York that sells the Yuin PK1 or PK2 earbuds? I will be there next week, and was hoping to pick some up. If not, I'll just order them online when I get back. :-)
