I've never seen thay shipping to manufacturer was covered. Who need extra rings? Remove from PU pads, insert to new premium leather pads. This takes less then 1 minute.- Garuspik

Yes, I know. Your amp has distortion when working on low ohm load. There're two options: expensive - change an amp, inexpensive - get an impedance jack on aliexpress (I suggest 30ohm)- Garuspik

@pokpokgei About "left centered vocals" - your unit is perfectly balanced but many amps (especially Schiit) has HUGE channel imbalance at the beginning of volume scale. Proof: https://www.schiit.com/guides/amp-problems So please try another amp and tell us whether problem is still there.- Garuspik

In fact during last month (or even earlier) everybody receives those mk2 versions. The only tweak is more uniform tension of diaphragm it's almost inaudible but shows some 0.1% benefits in THD. So definitely not worth upgrading ( I can't believe I've said that! :D) Only @pokpokgei was so...- Garuspik

Sorry for that! Next time I'll use red marker! My mistake ;( Red marker sounds much better. You can try remove blue marks and use red marker. Waiting for your impressions! Hello. This is not a defect - it is an effect of compressed air inside earcup that hits light membrane. Sure you have a question - why only in one cup? Answer - cause in one cup it's a better seal with your head. To get rid of this (or at least minimize) you need earpads that allow air to move...- Garuspik

Sorry for inconviniences, as I've told all problems are solved and I will not make same mistakes in future. About differences in pads - concentrate on mid presence and high frequency roll of. Also pay attention on stereo imaging and overal volume on sound. p.s. As a bonus - your ears will not...- Garuspik
