They are $15 for a combination of 3 pairs of your choice of sizes. Because the foam used is more dense than others and doesn't compress as much, you'll likely get a better fit going a size smaller than your usual.

I'm the same size. No worries. My Lyra II's are very secure in the ear with proper fitting tips. Symbio W's work best for me. You should be excited, they're a fantastic earphone - especially at that price!

Symbio W. On my Lyra II's their interface produces a far, far more articulate and punchy sound than the Comply's, Spin fit's and Spiral dot's. I rolled the four again last night. Not even close. Go a size down.
