I checked the holes that i vented, I made sure the fabric was tight and there wasn't anything loose sitting around in the holes. As expected unfortunately, it didn't help. It doesn't seem likely, but is there any chance it simply is just my cheap hardware?

There are no visible tears. The dents that i saw are pretty much gone, save one. They didn't leave any visible damage behind. The loose fabric from the vents though is a good idea, I'm new to this but i feel it would make sense that they would be more likely to produce noise whith more congested...
