Absolutely.  I would also recommend reading through this thread (http://www.head-fi.org/t/670709/akg-new-headphone-k545/1380)   There are a people in there with far more experience then myself so they can give you better reviews.

You said you tried to K452's, have you looked at the AKG K545's?  Come with a cable for ios and android (one for each).  I ordered a set from RazorDog last week, should be to me tomorrow.

Just ordered these today from RazerDog and was wondering if there is a cable that people are using?  Most of the time I'm gonna be using them I'm not going to need to be able to talk on the phone so the in line mic isn't really necessary.

Yea absolutely.  I have to mention though, the people at Beyerdynamic were pretty awesome.  The second time I sent mine back they got lost (or stolen) by the postal service and they sent me the 102's with a scan of the receipt from the post office.

I was going to post saying to spend the extra money on the 102's but I guess I just missed ya.  I got mine after sending 101's back twice for a crackling/popping sound when I moved (on top of the really bad cord noise) and they're much better.
