If these end up making the cut, you may want to check out the re-brands linked below.  They come with velour headband and earpads, and are so much more comfortable than the 8323 (I have both).  You'd need to swap the plastic earpads from your current 8323 because the velour offer poor isolation...

In your budget, Monoprice 8323 are a good choice (may be your only choice).  Most of the reviews you will read here agree that they are fairly bassy.  If you are in the US, they'll cost you about $30 shipped, ordered directly from Monoprice's website.

You may want to try Google Play Music All Acess (yeah, the name is actually that long).  Streams are as high as 320Kbps, as long as you have it set to High Quality.  Plus it also incorporates a free locker service that works seemlessly.

Pretty cool.  Nice re-purposing... functional and practical.
