Like the title says, my budget is $100 MAX and i listen to Pop, Rap, Alternative, and Electronic music. I'm no bass head but decent base would be nice. I'm looking for all around best sound as in not a headphone that excels in highs but not mids and lows. Open to On Ear and Over Ear headphones...
