The unit is available now... just contact them and they'll build it for you.  It will look exactly like their current 5V and 9V units except that it will have the correct designation (VDC-12 MKII) silk-screened on the front panel.  They just need to know the diameter of the plug at the end of...

The RCA output is definitely variable, as stated by jude in answering my question earlier in this thread, confirmed in e-mail correspondence I had with Meridian technical support. Don't hesitate to contact Meridian... in my experience they respond to questions quickly. :smile:
