This question has been addressed in other threads in other forums, but coming to this site only recently, I find that most of the existing threads regarding this topic have digressed.  I am not an electrician, or an electrical engineer, just curious if some scientific principles can be applied...

Newbie, here. Currently have SE215 with iPod Touch, 4th gen. Went through two pairs E2c before getting the 215's. Like the Shure sound, and isolation with the olives...frequent traveler. Thinking hard about SE535. Anybody make the same move? Have Fiio E11 but don't use it much...215's don't seem...
