Schiit Jotunheim 2 - Impressions Thread
Just wanting to purchase a Jot2, wondering if choosing ES9028 module or adding the Multibit card. and I am wondering if I simply purchase a Modi Multibit 2 and use SE connection between the MMB2 to Jot2? Which one will be a better solution if I cannot afford a Bifrost 2 yet?- tin427

Been using the Amp3 for almost a week, I would say the Amp3 has better details and separation than the amp1. It's because you can hear more harmonics and every note seems have a more natural fading. I have tried your fw, working flawlessly. The amp3 seems like have a engaging sound, but I can heard that the harmonics for both bass and high frequency. So the accuracy of the sound imaging is better and the bass seems more bouncy.- tin427

After you download the zip file, you need to unzip it first. Then you can find a readme.txt file and another zip file. That zip file is the one you need to put under SD card for update.- tin427

Cant hear any noise with listening level using K10 Balanced. Not even with tidal with wifi On. Will try to listen again with a more quiet environment later.- tin427

Yes the newly, no run-in DX200 is close to Opus 1 Metal. And everyone here states that the difference between no run-in DX200 and >50hours DX200 have a huge difference- tin427

You just need to transfer the DFU.zip file into internal storage, and choose local update function in setting-> About DX200->System updates Choose the dfu file and just wait till finish.- tin427

Just a brief comparison. Low: They have the same level of bass presence, DX200 is a bit tighter and cleaner. Mid: Mojo have a closer vocal imaging and a bit warm compare to DX200. High: Mojo's high is smoother than DX200 so it is more forgiving than DX200. Soundstage: DX200 has a round...- tin427

In android, everything is smooth and responsive. But @Paul - iBasso please make Mango system as good as android's one! The sound quality is much better on Mango.- tin427

I wont say the sq would change a lot after 50hrs But the first 10~20hours are improving quite obviously. Mid is claener, hf extends better, bass is tighter- tin427
