Audeze LCD-2 Impressions Thread
Hi guys could anyone give me any advice for a good amp to get, I'm really fed up with the Pro-Ject amp box not being able to drive these beautiful headphones and vinyl is starting to become my more frequently used format as I expand my collection, so any thoughts and anybody care to shed some...- radlyant

Skylab alright then.... Is the schitt the best amp I can get for under 600 or in and around the price range. It seems almost any other amp that has been paired of well is well over the 600 budget I'm looking at- radlyant

Amp recommendations for Audeze LCD-2
Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade the headphone amp for my turntable and I would like something that can really smooth out female vocals, I'm looking for anything below 600USD and I've heard good things about the Schitt Lyr, however I don't know how it affects female vocals so far, anybody care to...- radlyant

@bbophead, I already grounded my turntable to my phonostage as in the grounding wires are attached however I just realised that the mains connector on my turntable does not have a earth wire pin ...if you use a UK pin that means the top one is missing, basically I'm dealing with a euro plug. Is...- radlyant

Hi all.....so I purchased the Pro-Ject Carbon TT along with the headbox and phonobox....however with my new Audeze LCD2's I've come to realise that in order to play music at an enjoyable level...I'd have to turn the knob all the way up....now my guess is that the headbox simply can't power my...- radlyant

Audeze LCD-2 Impressions Thread
No I don't own the Millenia amp, I know it will sound better with a dedicated amp and dac set up but I don't have space till I move next the year, after much deliberation I decided to go with the RSA Intruder, unless there is something horribly wrong with it I'm pretty set. When I move I plan to...- radlyant

Audeze LCD-2 Impressions Thread
Quote: Yeah I just realised...... thanks for verifying .....I'm horrible with these kinds of things, usually my local dealer teaches me all this. Anyway would it be better to get a Millenia MG3 with a dedicated DAC ( and if so which DAC) or should I go for the RSA Intruder Amp/DAC ? Thanks...- radlyant

Audeze LCD-2 Impressions Thread
Sorry if I sound like a newbie which I am, but is a DAC absolutely necessary for the Millenia, I was thinking of getting something cheapish/er for my PC and saving up for the Schitt Mjolinir and Gungnir combo for my vinyl in the future when I move and get the space edit* I was doing some...- radlyant

Will definitely look into this setup thanks for the help ! haha I was thinking about the Schitt Mjolinir too problem is lack of space, but is there a way where I can place it upright without damaging it like maybe a stand. I don't mind spending an extra $50 for quality but space is a problem :/- radlyant

Amp recommendations for Audeze LCD-2
Hi all I just ordered the LCD 2 and was wondering if the NuForce Icon HDP or the iFi iCan would be viable options for amps, right now I intend to use these headphones with my turntable that uses a Pro-ject amp box. I'm trying not to spend too much and preferably keep it under 1k.- radlyant

Good Earphones under $65
Hi all I'm posting this on behalf of a friend asking me what is good under $65. He mainly listens to mainstream music so I recommended him Klipsch which is kind of my go to brand for beginner Earphones. But I'm looking for other recommendations as Thanks !- radlyant

Hi all, my name is Daryl and I'm fairly new to the forums (I've been creeping 'round for some time now) anyway, I used to use the ATH-CKW1000ANV paired with Olives.
