They're not IE2's, they're the Triport IE ones. I'm not sure when exactly they were bought (they were given to me), but I think they must've lasted 3 years? Maybe more.. 

I think I am going for the Audio Technica CKS77. My only concern now is getting it at a low price from places like ebay or accessoryjack.com

Hmm, I was hoping to avoid Beats. Would you recommend either the Shure SE215 or maybe one of the solid bass Audio Technica ones? I was looking at Klipsch as well but apparently the S4 II doesn't deliver much bass.
